hey im carly from uk, im 5ft 4in weigh in at 10stone, with a bmi of 24.5. i have just started the gym and tryin to eat healthy, i have struggled with my weight all my life i always wanted to be one of those naturally skinny girls but it never happend lol, i had a lil boy 2 years ago and didnt get my figure back i done nothin to try and get it back but now ive got to the stage where i look in the mirror and i dont like what i see!!! i really would like to make a difference in my body and my health so any advice would be much appreciated thanks

I found it hard to self-motivate and "workout"....until I was taught to setup a "progress checkoff log"

I work out twice a week, doing stretch, treadmill, lifting weights, and weight machine routines. As I do each, I keep a checkoff list of each exercise, # reps, weight amount, duration, and outcome.

That way I can easily compare where I am vs. where I was. When I get "down" I can self motivate by seeing how I've progressed to date.
